1 Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "queen bd", "we", or "platform" refers to the queenbd.cam website and its associated mobile applications. "User", "you", or "member" refers to the person who holds a registered account on this platform.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All queen bd services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Registration and use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagering is required before withdrawal.

5.2 Weekly and Other Bonuses

queen bd's weekly reload reward offers a 20% bonus, up to ৳5,000, on a minimum deposit of ৳500 on any working day of the week, with 15x wagering. There is also a Slots Festival bonus (30%, up to ৳8,000), a Cricket Victory bonus (25%, up to ৳6,000), a Birthday Gift (up to ৳1,500), and a Refer a Friend reward (up to ৳2,000). Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and eligibility conditions.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
• The minimum deposit requirement must be met to claim a bonus.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through manipulation or account fraud may result in the account being closed.

6 Gaming Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the queen bd platform:

• Misusing the bonus system or attempting to bypass wagering requirements through any strategy.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technical tool to conduct games or betting.
• Money laundering or manipulation through the transfer of chips or funds between accounts.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or gain unauthorised access.
• Defrauding or threatening other users.
• Disrespectful behaviour towards queen bd staff.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account concerned will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken where applicable.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by queen bd

queen bd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, or any other serious reason. In such cases, the decision regarding the account balance will depend on the outcome of the investigation.

8.2 Closure at the User's Request

If you wish to close your account, please inform our support team via live chat or email. In line with the responsible gaming guidelines, you may also impose a temporary or permanent self-exclusion.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If no transaction has taken place for 12 months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. In that case, identity verification may be required to reactivate the account.

9 Limitation of Liability
